from our web site your order is processed using

When you place an order your information will
be added to our mailing list. You may opt out
of this mailing list at any time.
Return Policy
• Only merchandise exchanges of like product are
allowed.
• Exchanges are allowed within 15 days of receipt
in unused condition.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping
(we will not accept COD).
• Custom made or customized items are not returnable.
• Sale, OOPS!, and Sample Bags are sold 'as is' and may not be returned or exhanged.
Shipping Policy
• Orders will be shipped via UPS. We offer Ground
and 2nd Day Air shipping as an option for all
locations withing the
50 US States. We offer UPS 3 Day Select for
shipping within the 48 contiguous states. UPS
Standard to Canada must
be used when shipping to any address in Canada.
• All orders (non-custom) will ship within 3-4
business days of order.
• We currently ship to all US States and Canada.
If you do not live within one of our shipping
areas and wish to inquire
about a bag, please send an e-mail to orders@madiedeluxe.com for assistance. UPS Ground and 2nd Day
Air may be used to ship within the 50 US States,
the US Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico. UPS
3 Day Select must be used
when shipping to Canada. If you live within
the 48 contugous US states you may also use
UPS 3 Day Select.
• Please note: if you are shipping to a Canadian
location the recipient will be responsible for
paying duty, taxes,
and all broker fees prior to receiving your
order. For US orders under $1000 no duty should
be required. Canadian
Goods & Service tax will be approximately
6% of the merchandise total. An additional Provincial
Sale tax is also required and will vary by Provence.

Payment and Order Placement Policies
• Credit Cards Online: You may pay via
Visa or MasterCard online using our secure payment
processing (SSL).
• Check or Money Order: If you wish to
pay via Check or Money Order, please contact
our customer care department for instructions
at service@madiedeluxe.com.
• By Phone: If you wish to place
your order via phone, please call us at 336-883-7520.
We are unable to cancel an order once it is
placed online. Sales tax will be charged to
customers shipping to a NC address only. If
paying via Check or Money order please be advised
that we will wait to process the order until
the payment has cleared. If you are ordering
a one of a kind design, we do not guarantee
that your bag will still be in stock once your
payment has cleared. There will be a $35 fee
assessed for all returned checks.

FAQ’s
Q: What makes your bags unique?
A: Each bag you find on our
site is handcrafted by using beautiful yet extremely
durable fabrics. Every bag is a handmade unique
creation. Due to this fact, each bag will be
slightly different whether it’s a one-of-a-kind
or a Limited Edition. We hand select all of
our fabrics, notions, accessories, and detailing
for the texture, styling, and durability. We
use heavy industrial thread to stitch each bag.
Vintage as well as new trims and detailing is
used on each bag to insure that the design will
not be replicated or found anywhere else.
Q: Where do you find your fabric and
detailing for each bag?
A: Our bags created by blending
both new and vintage fabrics, notions, and detailing.
While we will not give away the secret of where
we find out fabrics, we will say that they are
very durable and will create a bag which will
last for years to come. We use a variety of
fabrics, most being very durable upholstery
fabric. Vintage items used on bags are inspected
carefully to insure their quality and durability.
By mixing new with vintage we create a unique
bag which will not be found elsewhere.
Q: What does One of
a Kind mean?
A: If a bag is described as
one of a kind this means just that…..this
is an original bag and there are not others
like it. We use unique and sometimes rare, both
new and vintage detailing, and fabric to create
each bag. While you will find that we use some
of the same fabric for different bag types,
we do not duplicate one of kind creations.

bag that you saw on our site but has sold, please

Please describe the bag using as much detail
as possible. While we will not replicate one
of a kind bags, we will certainly be happy to
give you some alternative suggestions for similar
bags that are available.
Q: Do you carry bags
which are not One of a Kind?
A: Yes! We offer a selection
of Limited Edition bags on our site. The type
of bag (one-of-a-kind or limited edition) is
specified in the copy text for the item.
Q: What is a Limited Edition Bag?
A: A Limited Edition bag is
similar to limited edition pieces of art. Our
Limited Edition bags are created from the same
design and fabric in small multiples. Each bag
is numbered so you will be able to tell just
how many have been produced in the group. These
bags are still each made by hand using the same
quality craftsmanship as our one-of-a-kind bags.
Q: Do you offer custom bag services?
A: Yes, please view our customize a bag page or e-mail us at customorders@madiedeluxe.com for information regarding our customized bag
services.
Q: How will I know
if my order has been placed online?
A: Shortly after your order
is placed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation
with information regarding your order. If you
do not receive this e-mail please contact service@madiedeluxe.
Q: Why are some products
sold out?
A: Due to the unique nature
of our products, there is an extremely limited
stock on hand for each bag. By purchasing a
one of a kind bag you can be insured that you
will not see the exact bag elsewhere. Once a
one of a kind bag is sold, the bag is discontinued.
Q: When will I receive
my order?
A: All online orders will ship
within 3-4 business days from when the order
is placed. We ship all orders via UPS. UPS Ground
and 2nd Day should be used for all shipments
within the 50 US States. UPS Air 3 Day Select
may be used if you are within the 38 contiguous
states. UPS Standard to Canada must be used
when shipping to Canada. UPS does not delivery
on Saturdays unless specifically requested and
is closed on Sundays.
For UPS Ground shipping, orders should be received
within 2-7 business days from ship date.
For UPS Standard to Canada, orders should be
received within 5-7 business days from ship
date.
Q: Is it possible
to receive my order more quickly?
A: Our standard order processing
time is 3-4 business days from the date you
placed your order. This means that your order
will ship from our NC location no later then
4 business days from the time the order is placed
via UPS. If you would like your order sooner,
we certainly will try to accommodate and request.
Please contact our orders department via e-mail

your order, please be sure to include your order
number with your request. An additional shipping
fee will apply to all Rush orders.

Q: How do I care for
my bag?
A: Please treat your bag with
care. Due to the handmade and unique nature
of each bag we recommend that you only spot
clean your bag with mild soap and water.
We cannot be responsible for damaged caused
due to dry cleaning or machine washing bags.
Chemicals other than soap and water used to
clean your bag may cause damage or discoloration
to the fabric. We cannot be responsible for
fringe detail, detachable pins, or other items
which were not hand created for our bags.
Q: I want to send a MadieDeluxe bag
as a gift, do you provide special gift wrapping
or gift message services?
A: Yes, we will be happy to
gift warp any one of our bags for a minimal
charge of $4.95. At checkout, simply check the
gift wrap box to receive this service. You may
also include a gift message with any order at
no additional charge. Please fill in the gift
message text box at checkout to receive this
service. We will take care of the rest!
